Our investments in water, power and waste minimisation have been central
business drivers over the past 20 years. These initiatives alone have
contributed to significantly reducing our carbon footprint. Indeed, the nature
of our business means we distribute millions of plants into Australia's prized
green public and private spaces—positively contributing to the absorption of
carbon.
Today, our seven sustainability projects work symbiotically—yielding a
mutually beneficial relationship between reducing our water and energy use and
increasing our nursery irrigation efficiencies and the amount of energy exported
to the grid.
